He is survived by : his wife Lalah; his children, Leonard Milligan of Cowgill, MO, Diana Milligan of Gladstone, MO, Margaret (Chris Treat) of Kansas City, MO, Wanda Milligan of Excelsior Springs, MO and Donna Milligan; his sisters-in-law, Laura L Newby of Warrensburg, MO and Kathy Newby of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Christina (Van Le) of Independence, MO, Adell Milligan of Buckner, MO, Robert (Kasey Latta) of Newark, OH, Crissy Barke and Jon (Katrina Milligan) of Kansas City, MO; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Victoria, Jaedyn, Emma, Krista, Kaitlyn, Kaleb, Charlie, Declan, Keegan, Braden, Azalah Rose, Gabriel and Colton; and his great great grandchildren, Zachariah James and Harper Elaine. He is also survived by 3 nieces.
