It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lura Evalyn Powell of Liberty, Missouri, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey James and Erma M. Crill (Dillon); her brother Wayne Crill; and her husband Glen R. Powell. She is survived by: her sons, Brian (Reca) of Liberty and Brent (Kim) of Gundagai; her stepgranddaughters, Kate and Skye of Australia; her granddaughters, Vanessa Boyd (Mark) of Jackson and Anelia Strait (Derek) of Centerview, Missouri.; her great grandchildren, Glen, Joseph, Patrick and Andrew Boyd; and also, Archie and Elsie Powell.
