She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschell McCoy and Elsie McCoy (Fowler); her spouse G. L. Palmer (Jud); her brothers, Ray McCoy and Robert "Bob" McCoy; and her stepdaughter Lutricia Rapue.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Glen Palmer and Susan Palmer Hatch (Philip) of Liberty. She is also survived by one cousin, two nephews, a niece, and many great nieces and nephews.
