She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Edward Havener and Amy Marie Pigeon; her husband Raymond Frederick Helmich; her children, Cathy Leslie and Rick Helmich; and her granddaughter Amy Marie West.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn McNeal, Ricky Pope, Keith Helmich and Mark Helmich. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; many more relatives and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the White Chapel Funeral Home (6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Newcomer's White Chapel Funeral Home (6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119). A committal service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the White Chapel Cemetery (6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119).
