He was predeceased by : his parents, Murl Howard and Neva Howard. He is survived by : his wife Cindy Howard; his children, Matt Howard (Brandee), Christina Pragman (Andrew) and Melissa Howard; and his grandchildren, Abigail and Liam Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
