She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Edward Frazier and Katherine Elizabeth Frazier (Crow); her husband Bobby Skaggs; her son Gene Skaggs; and her granddaughter April Nicole Woodard.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Tuttle (David Tuttle) of Kansas City; her sister Sharon Bensley of Tonkawa, Oklahoma.; and her sibling's children, David, Donna Frazier of San Benito, Edward Frazier of Broken Arrow, Edwina, Stephen Watkins and Nova Bensley.
