He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Roberts and Grace Roberts (Lightner); and his brother Terry Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Gail Roberts; his son Barry L. Roberts (Lori Price); his brother Michael Roberts; and his cousins, Tom Harper (Twyla), Janice Harper Rush (Galen) and Sharon Harper Garrett.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hidden Valley Funeral Home - Liberty (1015 Hwy H, Liberty, MO 64068). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mile Cemetery (26005 E. Blue Hills Road, Independence, MO 64058).
