He is survived by: his mother Linda Wilson of Liberty, Missouri; his daughter Alexis Stevenson of Arcata, California; his sisters, Lisi Berger of Ankeny and Lindy Berger of Liberty, Missouri; and his nephew Brett Ward of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
