He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Bohlmeyer and Malinda Hothan Bohlmeyer; and his siblings, Eldon Bohlmeyer, Ronald Bohlmeyer, Donnalene Liska and Delmar Bohlmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lou Armstrong Bohlmeyer; his children, Staci Van Slyke (Doug) and Jeff Bohlmeyer (Jane); his grandchildren, Shawn Van Slyke (Katie), Sarah Sutherland (Theron), Craig Borchardt (Beth), John Borchardt (Heather), Juli Hustoft (Cleat) and Curtis Bohlmeyer (Laurel); his great grandchildren, Logan, Madeline, Josie Van Slyke, Samantha McClung (Bryson), Alexis Helman (Alex), Victoria Borchardt, Isabelle Borchardt and Jackson Hustoft; and his great great grandchild Sofia Helman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
