He was predeceased by : his wife Juanita. He is survived by : his children, Michael Sullins (Michelle) of Platte City, Michelle Short (Denny) of Liberty and Melissa Myers of Lee's Summit; and his stepchildren, Ed Coleman of Lee's Summit, Jason Coleman of Oregon, Doris Coleman of Raytown and Pam Roberts (Ron) of Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
