He is survived by: his wife Betty Orr (Tyree); his children, Bill Orr (Brenda), Kathy Payne (Kelly) and Kevin Orr; his grandchildren, Brea Chipman (Will), Justin Payne (Erika), Dawn Orr, Amber Phillips (Dylan), Dani Orr, Aubrey Hartley and Tyler Orr; his great grandchildren, Lily, Layla Payne, Elijah and Elliana Phillips; and his siblings, Burl Orr, Jr. (Connie), Jan Rippeto, Donna Mudd (Dale) and Deedra Fischer (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
