He was predeceased by: his mother Paula Martin. He is survived by: his father Donald A. Simmons, Sr.; his wife Rebecca Dollhopf; his children, Jessie Laura, Cameron, Ethan, Brittney, Zack, Timothy and Tennesse; and his grandchildren, Heaven and Kolten.
