She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Mikulski and Tessie Mikulski (Wackonis); her husband Wayne H Bates; and her brother Ronald Mikulski. She is survived by : her stepchildren, Stephen Bates (Tracy), Patricia Gilbreath (Don), Denise Busse and Nicky Cohan; her niece Linda; and her nephew Jeffrey.
