With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Bell of Licking, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wood Duncan and Gladys Duncan (Jarvis); her husband Robert Lee Bell; her son Bobby; and her siblings, Wanda, Glen, Kenneth, Dwight, Evelyn, Keith and Jack.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joann Clark (Andy) and Donnie Duncan of Licking; and her children, Donna Bean (Arthur) of Republic, Cathy Daniels (Lonnie) of Mountain View and Gary Bell of Licking. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
