He was predeceased by: his parents, Lebern Sullins and Helen Sullins (Cameron); and his siblings, Eugene, Kenny, Joe, Gary Sullins, Ruth Chrisman, Vernell Sullins, Dorothy Sprague, Anita Buckner and Phyllis Hill.
He is survived by: his significant other Dawn Krieger; his close friend Dawn; his daughter Becky; his grandson Rhyatt Hutsell; and his son-in-law Joshua Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, "greats", cousins.
We know the hounds were treed, and a few good mutts came running when his brothers and sisters said, "Look who's here!"In lieu of flowers, donations in Randy's memory may be made to a trust set up for his grandson Rhyatt that has been opened up at Progressive Ozark Bank.
