With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Ernest Bean of Lincoln, Missouri, born in Overbrook, Kansas, who passed away on December 15, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Jerry's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jerry has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse E. Bean and Ruby Eunice Bean (Cummings); and his wife Shirley Bean. He is survived by: his brothers, Harry Bean (Ursula), Raymond Bean (Marion), Dr. Kenneth Bean and Harold Lutz (Dixie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to Lakeview Heights Fire Department or Brushy Cemetery in care of the Fox Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Cole Camp, MO 65325.
