She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Marxmiller and Hazel Marxmiller (Thompson); her son Mitchell Schoonover; her grandson David Harper; and her siblings, Marie Owen, Sammy Ewing and Gary Marxmiller.

She is survived by: her children, Janie Schafer of Linn Creek, Tommy Collum (Bobbi) of Montreal, Margaret Harper (Dwight) of Strafford, Teresa Schoonover of Eldon and Gary Schoonover of New York. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
