He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney White (Levi), Amanda Hollen (Brandon) and Bethany Pierce; his brother Robert Cain; his niece Caitlin Cain; and his grandchildren, Gunnar White, Declan White, Elias Hollen and Amaryllis Hollen.
