He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fischer; his daughter Ashley Stevenson (Dustin) of Independence; his granddaughter Brittney Chapmen; his siblings, David Head (Amy) of Hermann, Donnie Head of Rhineland and Jade Head of Hermann; his mother-in-law Penny Fischer of Hermann; and his brother-in-law Tom Fischer of Hermann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
