She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Joseph and Lavonia Henrietta Stephens (Stiefermann). She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Stephens (Cindy) of Jefferson City, James Brosius and Judy Condon (Bob) of Rapid City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Shirley Mint Hill Cemetery.
