She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Rackers and Agatha Rackers (Taube); and her sisters, Marilyn Hoelscher and Patricia Deters. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Shelley; her daughters, Beatrice Shelley of Linn and Rebecca Shelley of Linn; her sisters, Bonnie Gabelsberger (Bob) of Frankenstein and Wanda Rothove (Bill) of Frankenstein; and her brother-in-law Donnie Hoelscher of Jefferson City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
