With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis A. Roy of Linn, Missouri, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 13, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip J. Dietrich and Mary E. Meredith On (Atkinson). She is survived by: her husband Roscoe A. Roy; her children, Christopher Roy (Holly) of Elizabeth, Jeffrey Roy of Arizona, Michael Roy of Arizona and Mimi Roy (Chris Bellsmith) of Linn, Missouri; and her brother Michael Meredith of Louisville. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and her niece.
