She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Shockley and Edna Shockley (Lemmons); her husband Clyde Elmer Laughlin; her son Jack Laughlin; and her siblings, Larry, Delmar, Jerry, Cotton, Lola Davis, Lorene Wild and Melba Bacclesse.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Laughlin of Jefferson City, Jason Laughlin (Leah Ann) of Bonnots Mill and Jeff Laughlin (LeAnn) of Linn; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Laughlin of Kansas City, Isabell Sears (Sean) of Holts Summit, Ava Laughlin (Gabe Miller) of Jefferson City, Dallas Jump (Emma) of Springfield and Wyatt Laughlin of Linn; her great grandchild Jack Sears; and her siblings, Forrest Shockley of Mexico, Diane Mitchem of Chamois, Darlene Sieg of Westphalia and Lucille Sieg of Linn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. John's United Methodist Church in Linn.
