He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jaegers and Shirley Jaegers (Wolfe); his brother Jack Jaegers; and his nephew Scotty Jaegers. He is survived by: his wife Mathilda Holtmeyer; his children, Tonya Melroy (Randall) of Loose Creek, Tosha Jaegers of Sterling and Jason Jaegers (Julia) of Linn; his stepchildren, Nicole Flanery of New Bloomfield, Chad Luebbering (Melissa Gerling) of New Bloomfield and Tracy Luebbering (Eric Pendleton) of New Bloomfield; his niece Lisa Veltrop (Matt) of Taos; and his nephew Richard Jaegers (Joyce) of Linn. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 step grandchildren; 4 great grandsons; 2 great step grandchildren.
