She was predeceased by : her husband Gary Johnson; her grandparents, Wilbur, Leona Clair, Frank and Oleta Rush; and her father-in-law Ken Johnson.
She is survived by : her parents, John Rush and Diana Kilburn (Clair); her sons, Kenny Johnson and Keith Johnson (Hannah); her grandsons, Cooper Johnson and Reggie Johnson; her siblings, Joni Rush, Sandy Neely (Tyree), Ricky Rush (Kelli) and Johnny Rush (Angela); and her mother-in-law Carol Tuck. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
