John Dean Neill Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Dean Neill of Lockwood, Missouri, who passed away on March 26, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Neill and True Neill (Dean); his wife Ruth Neill (Easson); his stepmother Iva Neill; his siblings-in-law, Annis Gillock Hixon (Lawrence Gillock), Kathryn Langston (Charles) and Sheldon Easson (Nora Ruth); and his niece Susan Langston Vonier.

He is survived by: his children, Karrie Sands (Neal), Kevin Neill, Karla Gregg (Chuck) and Kirk Neill (Kristin); his grandchildren, Nathan Sands, Eric Sands (Crystal), Kayla Goings (David), Jonathan Gregg (Stefanie), Joseph Gregg (Megan), Skylar Neill (Kesler), Lakin Neill (Page), Rylee Neill (Blake), Makinley Neill and Adrien Neill; and his great grandchildren, Brinley Clair, Kyson Goings, Rowan Goings, Howard Sands, Everett Gregg, Arlo Sands, Norah Gregg and Georgia Neill. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
