He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Marie Russell (Hickman) and William Quentin Russell; his granddaughter Chloe Farris; his son-in-law Daniel Frickenschmidt; and his sister Mary Helen Wiebe.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughters, Sara Russell Frickenschmidt (Todd McKinstry) and Susan Lee Russell (Jase Knox); his granddaughters, Phoebe Claire Farris (Dakota Pruiett) and Leora Robin Russell Whitlock; his great grandchildren, Nora Beth Pruiett and Owen William Pruiett; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Allison (Anita Allison) and Marla Gillen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pennsboro Cemetery.
