He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva William Evans and Ruby Jean Evans. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tara Williams; his children, Samantha Forester (Evan), Christina Greek (Colton), Jonathan Evans and Xander Evans; and his stepchildren, Nakeya Conger (Aaron) and Luca Brown (Cari Ollendick). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
