He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Elliott and Sarah Carter Elliott; and his brothers, William Elliott, George Elliott and Robert Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Elliott; his grandson Branden Clarkson; his sister Elizabeth Asquith; and his nephews, Richard Asquith, Joe Ray Asquith and Fred Troutner. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, other nieces and nephews.
