She was predeceased by: her parents, Burtis Jewel Cover and Martha Marie Dollmeyer Cover; her husband Roy Woods; her siblings, Bill, Edna, Dorothy and Rita; and her pet Sam.
She is survived by: her children, Lillian Peabody (Kenny) of Louisiana, MO and Joe Cover (Karen) of Bowling Green, MO; her grandsons, Matt Peabody and Jeff Peabody (Jasmine); her great grandchildren, Caitlyn Bilhartz, Cassius Peabody, Coleman Peabody, Charlotte Peabody, Ariana Peabody and Kaytumn Faudi; her sister Penny Morris of Lebanon, MO; and her close friends, Veda, Wanda, Violet, Ginner and Philip. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Collier Funeral Homes, Inc. (117 Barnard Dr, Louisiana, MO 63353). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Community Loving Care Hospice or donor's choice.
