With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lisa Marie Pitzer (Louisiana, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2026 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gregory Seward Jr. and Marie Agnes Seward (Spalding); and her brother-in-law William "Rusty" Black. She is survived by: her husband Walter Clinton Pitzer; her sons, Ryan and Gregory Pitzer; her siblings, John Boyd Seward (Todd S.) and Linda Rose Black (Seward); and her granddaughter Lisa.
In 2018, she transitioned into grant writing and later served as Infection Prevention Coordinator during the covid-19 pandemic.
