He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Carlton "Bud" Waite and Eileen Starr Waite; his brother Thomas Kirkbride Waite; his grandson Matthew Thomas Waite; and his nephews, Joseph Daniel Odom and Ryan Douglas Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sloan Trower; his sister Susan Owen (Wayman) of Liberty; his children, John K. Waite (Mary), Tommy Waite (Rachele) of Hannibal, MO, Richard Waite (Kandy), Crystal Raby of Bowling Green, MO, Tammy Moss of Louisiana, MO., Michael Trower (Tammy) of Louisiana, MO. and Stephanie Price of Louisiana, MO.; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Capps of Louisiana, MO and Bertie Hartjes of Center Point, Iowa.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, The Trimble House, Celebrate Recovery, Louisiana Food Pantry, and Pike County Home Health and Hospice.
