Carolyn Sue Lester Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Sue Lester of Macon, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2026 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Sue Lester to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, R. L. Day and Letha Day; her parents-in-law, George and Irene Lester; her brother-in-law Roy Gilstrap; and her children-in-law, Dennis Craigg and Deborah Lester.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lee Lester of Macon, Missouri.; her children, Debbie Craigg, Jean Miller (Brandon), Jerry D Lester and Denver Lester (Mary); her siblings, Judy Gilstrap and Gary Day; and her grandchildren, Michelle McLeland-Pipes, David Craigg, Valerie Schlipf-Rickard, Christopher Lester, Christina Minor and Krystal Ellis.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a contribution be made to Open Arms Baptist Church in Macon.
