It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lee Findling of Macon, Missouri, who passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey Findling and Geneve Irene Fortney; and his siblings, Romaine "Tex" Findling and Lee Coy. He is survived by: his children, Mark W. Findling (Lisa) of Greentop, Missouri, Lisa Brelsford of New Sharon, Lori Ritter (Les) of Perry and Jennifer Butler of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Mark W. Findling to assist with final arrangements.
