She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Samuel and Mona Maye Garner (Johnson); her husbands, Franklin Brown and Jewel Smart; her son Gerald Brown; her grandson Franklin Eugene Brown; her sister Jean Wright; her brother-in-law Thomas Wright; her nephew David Wright; and her great-nephew Thomas Wright.
She is survived by: her son Rick Brown (Karolen); her granddaughter Amanda Williams (Sam); her nephew Darrell Wright (Kathy); and her great-nephew David Wright. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
