She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Bork, and Virginia Bork, Sr. (Marchetti); and her brothers, Maynard Wayne Bork, Jr. and Michael Bork. She is survived by: her son Zane B Clark (Shelly); her grandsons, Christian V Clark and Christopher Z Clark of Republic, MO; her son Lavern N Clark (Stephanie); her granddaughters, Virginia M Stone (Austin Stone) of Columbia, MO and Emily E Clark of Brainard, MN; and her great grandchild Leo Brinley. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends.
