He is survived by: his children, Jeff Menke (Donna) of Mitchellville, Dennis Menke (Michelle) of Ankeny and Jean Werner (Brad) of Sac City; his grandchildren, Jordon Werner (Sophia), Drew Menke, Jaci Menke (Elijah), Elijah Menke and Jake Menke; his stepgrandchildren, Tammy Peters (Nathan) and Jason Werner; his friend Joann Holtkamp of Donellson; his sisters, Eileen Clarahan of Marion and Mary Ann Bohr (Allan) of Columbia, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Soppe of Papillion, Cheryl Schultes (Alan) of Dedham, Kathleen Menke of Sigourney, Don Soppe (Susanne) of McFarland and Dr. Mike Soppe (Pat) of Carroll. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
