He is survived by : his father Gary D. Moore (Mary); his wife Kari Grawe; his children, Allison of Columbia, MO, Josephine "Josie" of Chicago, IL and Norah of Marshall, MO; his mother Jane Ann Collier (Michael) of Springfield, MO; and his brother Brandon Moore (Madison Vodicka) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by several in-laws and other extended family members and friends.
