It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Loretta Reed of Macon, Missouri, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norvil Gay and Eva Gay; her husband Irvin Reed; her children, Billy Shatzer and Rhonda Brisbane; her stepdaughter Nancy Linn; and her brother Bud Gay.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Shatzer (Cindy) and Natalie Nasi (Patrick) of Macon; her stepdaughter Starr Fulcher of Tyler, TX; and her sister Donna Sifford (Jack) of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Samaritan Hospital Foundation.
