It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Wayne Leathers of Macon, Missouri, who passed away on May 12, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby "Bob" Gene and Bernice "Nadine" Leathers (Joiner); and his brother Jerry Leathers. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Renee McKim of Macon and Jena Rose Leathers (Kristin) of Macon; his brothers, Danny Leathers (Rosina) of Macon and Larry Leathers of Excello; his grandchildren, Keegan Ray Compton, Christian Cameron Compton and Fallan James Compton; his great grandchild KeeLayna Rose Compton; his nephew Chris Leathers; and his niece Lisa Clark.
The family suggests memorials to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund or the Hebron Cemetery.
