She was predeceased by: her parents, Rube Dowell and Zelma Dowell (Krummel); her spouse Tolly Wilford Henry Shaw; her son Arlie Shaw (AW); and her grandchildren, Joseph Mefford, Freddy Shaw and April Wolfe.

She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Shaw, Chris Garrelts and Gary Shaw (Deanna); and her brother Robert Dowell (Bobby).
