She is survived by: her husband David Lee Skaggs; her children, Harold Smith (Lisa) of Macon and Kyle Smith-Skaggs (Mary) of Burnet, TX; her siblings, Lela Blaylock, Max Harmon and Jewel Harmon; and her grandchildren, Crystal Smith, Tanis Smith, Puma Shank, Ruby Skaggs, John Patrick, Kasy Eichelberger, Kory Patrick, Jay McClinton, Matt McClinton, Charles Travis and Tammy Copsetta. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
