She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Winningham and Leatha Winningham (Shipman); and her brothers, Donnie Winningham, Galen Winningham and Darrell Winningham.

She is survived by: her husband James Smith, Jr.; her daughters, Angela Lewis-Truitt (Mark) of Macon, MO, Amy Banning (Travis) of Ashland, MO and Leslie Head (Scott) of Moberly, MO; her grandchildren, Chase Lewis (Makala), Cole Lewis, Cash Lewis, Claire Lewis, Tyler Banning, Allee Banning, Brennan Head, Cael Head and Brooks Head; and her great grandchild Bella Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

The family suggests memorials to the Macon County Rescue Squad.
