With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Anthony Douglas of Macon, Missouri, who passed away on January 28, 2026 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly L. Douglas and Patsy Jane Douglas (Hicks); his brothers, Kenneth L. Douglas and Michael A. Douglas; and his grandchildren, Killian L. Walker and Shauntaya T. Houston.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony I. Gholston, Tiffany D. Houston of Macon, MO, Meranda R. Gholston of Macon, MO, Deeahana M. Gholston of Hannibal, MO and Jessica S. Gholston of Quincy, IL; and his siblings, Tim Douglas and Dorinda M. Douglas of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great-grandson, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorials to the Holy Trinity Missionary Baptist Church.
