She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Farris and Ester Farris (Krouse); her husband Wesley Dean Lea; and her brother Earvin Farris. She is survived by: her children, Ernie Lea (Kristie) of Macon and Marlene Lucas (Shawn) of Macon; and her grandchildren, Ronnie Lea (Liz), Kristy Lea (Rob), Nick Lea, Christopher Lueckenhoff, Karen Butner (Jon), Jordan Janes (Chance), Riley Lucas (Edith), Andrew Lucas (Mindy) and Katelyn Hall (Taylor). She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

The family suggests memorials to the Macon Health Care Activities Department.
