It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Duckworth of Macon, Missouri, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Myers and Margaret Myers (Perrin); her granddaughter Jessica Rufener; her great grandchild Emma Sue Smith; and her sisters, Neva Whitson and Pam Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Duckworth; her daughters, Angela Walk of Macon, Barbara Rufener of Macon and Cindy Howlett (Kevin) of Macon; her grandchildren, Chris Walk (Chrystal), Cody Walk, Savannah Beatty (Brent) of Biloxi, MS, Dakota Rufener (Elya) of St. Louis, MO, Tyler Smith (Amanda), Stephen Smith, Cheyenne Maloney (Tanner) and Stephanie Blakeburn; her great grandchildren, Xander Walk, Creed Walk, Graylynn Walk, Coltyn Walk, Blake Walk, Ryder Walk, Remi Walk, Ahryah Blakeburn, Christopher Beatty, Jarek Beatty, Kaleb Beatty, Desmond Rufener, Vivenne Rufener, Jameson Rufener, Kayden Smith, Avery Smith, Madeline Smith, Denver Maloney and Dexter Maloney; her siblings, Lawrence Myers (Joyce), Larry Myers (Karen), Jim Myers (Kristen), Guynith Evans (Mark), Karen Lagle (Gary), Norma Handley and Sherrill Smith (Mike); and her close friends, Tim and Sue Conover. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, other extended family.
