As we bid Shari farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Shari is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Mitts and Joie Mitts (Boulton). She is survived by: her husband Michael Bibbs of Macon; her son David Bibbs (Ann) of Excello, MO; her grandchildren, Zach, Addy and Ian; and her sisters, Glori Glynne Siebert (Fred) of Ten Mile, MO and Terri Jo Oberto (Layne) of Peculiar, MO. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hutton and McElwain Funeral Home (301 N Rubey St, Macon, MO 63552). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials to the Shriners Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
