She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Porter and Leona Porter (Green); her husband Jerry Kenneth Carter; and her siblings, Jerry Porter and Janet Dorr (Porter).
She is survived by: her son Heath Carter (Ruth) of Trenton, MO; and her grandchildren, Alexandria Carter of Springfield, MO and Jerod Carter of Trenton, MO.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Christian Church (1816 N Missouri St, Macon, MO 63552). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials to Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
