He is survived by: his wife Sue Conover; his son Rick Smith (Anna) of Macon; his grandchildren, Zach Smith (Katie) of Minooka, IL and Natalie Basler (Deric) of Macon, MO; his great grandchildren, Stella Marie and Nelson Wayne; and his siblings, Tricia Horst, Ellen Kratz, Jim Conover and Chris Conover.
The family suggests memorials to the Immaculate Conception Church or the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund.
