He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hoover of Macon, MO and Lynn Gardner (Sharon) of Altus, OK; his grandchildren, Lindsey Ciampanella of Clover, SC, Jennifer Stultz (Brett) of Hallsville, MO, Ashley Power (Michael) of Oklahoma City, OK, Savannah Wardlow (Garrett) of Moore, OK and Lynn Lynn (Herb) of Concordia, MO; his great grandchildren, Ryan Adams, Holly Fannin, Emerson Benoist, Sam Benoist, Bryer Stultz, Ryker Stultz, Brooks Power and Claire Wardlow; his great great grandchild Brady Arnold; and his brother James Lee Gardner III (Wanda) of Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (1479 County Rd 1675, Jacksonville, MO 65260).
